Online Facilitation and Support

We bring expertise in facilitating and supporting online communities by launching each Community and Hub Room with kick-off events designed to create "buzz" around the project. We take the responsibility to keep members engaged with newsletters, updates, calendar coordination, and other duties that a meeting facilitator can do to keep the lifecycle moving.

Coaching and Training

We provide this crucial component to ensure that participants are fully supported and invested with the project. Training includes online templates that the community can pass on to new members.

Integration of Best of Breed Web Technologies

Ability to integrate live or pre-recorded streaming video and audio and other web technologies, upload or embed word processor documents, Power Point and other presentations, HTML, spreadsheets, graphics, as well as hyperlinks to external web sites and references.
