initiatives and the need for policy strategies to bridge the digital

that manages and engages statewide participation of 250,000 users in

A Virtual Town Hall forum for residents, business owners, and town
officials where citizens view plans and engage in discussions on the
future of their community.

Creating and hosting a national Online e-Search Conference for people to
join in a "Design of the Future" conference. Participants accessed
presentations, viewed case studies, shared community stories, networked
in an e-café, and, discussed books and resources linked to a
central center at Community Based Entrepreneurial Development.
